MPBArt uses personal information only as needed to process orders, provide customer support, operate the store, measure store performance, and improve the buying experience.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may receive contact details, order and shipping details, payment and transaction status from our payment providers, messages you send us, and technical information such as device, browser, and cookie information. Shopify and service providers may process this information on our behalf.

How we use information

We use information to provide the store, process and ship orders, handle returns or product issues, respond to questions, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, understand store traffic, and comply with legal obligations.

Pinterest API and Pinterest connection

MPBArt may use the Pinterest API to connect the MPBArt Pinterest business account to our publishing and measurement workflow. The connection may allow us to create or manage Pins selected by the account owner and to review account-level Pin or campaign performance. We use Pinterest API data only to provide these services to the connected MPBArt account and do not request or collect Pinterest passwords.

MPBArt is an independent store and application. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or officially connected to Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

We do not sell, rent, resell, or redistribute Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties. We do not use Pinterest API data to build profiles about other people, combine one person’s Pinterest account data with another person’s account data, or provide data to another advertising service. We do not scrape Pinterest or use Pinterest credentials supplied by another person.

If the Pinterest connection is disconnected or access is revoked, MPBArt will stop making Pinterest API requests for that connection, revoke or delete the stored access credentials, and delete cached Pinterest-derived account data within 30 days. We may retain only non-identifying, aggregated performance records that cannot reasonably be used to identify the connected account. Any content published to Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own policies and account controls.

Sharing and service providers

Order information may be shared with production, shipping, payment, ecommerce, analytics, and security providers when necessary to fulfill an order or operate the store. We do not sell customer personal information.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, accounting, or order-record purposes. You may also manage cookies and marketing preferences through your browser, device, or available store controls.
